Connect
Connect: a separate self-serve service that lets you, or an API client acting for you, connect an account and act on it through an API key. The accounts Connect can reach are a Google Business Profile, a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a TikTok account, a Google Analytics property, a Search Console site, a Google Ads account, a Google Calendar and Google Contacts. You confirm that you are authorised to connect each account. A Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account together count as one connected account; an Instagram account connected on its own counts as one. A single connect link may result in more than one connected account: the person who opens it chooses which of their accounts to connect, and each account they choose is counted. The first two connected accounts are free. Each additional connected account is billed yearly at the price shown at checkout. We reconcile your connected-account count once a day, and an increase appears on your next invoice rather than as an immediate charge. Removing an account does not produce a refund or credit. If your billable count returns to zero, the subscription ends at the end of the period you have already paid for, and reconnecting before then resumes it without a new charge. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Which platforms Connect supports may change as those platforms change their own terms.
Cancellation and termination
You may cancel from your account or by contacting us. On cancellation or termination, the AI workforce and any connected tasks cease at the end of your paid period. We may retain records as required by law. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RANKING OR BUSINESS RESULT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWOOSHRANK OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
