Connected platforms
When you choose to connect a third-party account, we access only the data needed to provide the connected features, store any access tokens encrypted at rest, and never sell that data or share it for advertising. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access and stops us using the connection. To have the stored credentials themselves deleted, use our data deletion instructions or email us, and we delete them on request.
Google Business Profile
If you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your business locations, reviews, local posts, and performance metrics through the Google Business Profile APIs in order to display your reviews, publish updates you create, and report performance back to you. SwooshRank's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide the feature you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Calendar & Contacts
If you connect any of these Google services, we access only what the connected feature needs, and only for the accounts you select. Google Ads: the ad accounts your grant can reach and their campaign performance — clicks, impressions, cost, conversions — read only, to report your own advertising results back to you. We never create, edit, or pause a campaign. Google Analytics: your properties and their traffic metrics, read only. Search Console: the sites you have verified and their search performance, read only. Google Calendar: your upcoming events, so we can see when you are free before proposing a time, and appointments we create, update, or cancel at your request — we never modify events we did not create for you. Google Contacts: contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers, read only, so we can recognise a returning customer who messages you. SwooshRank's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or machine-learning models, do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide the feature you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Facebook & Instagram
If you connect a Facebook Page or linked Instagram account, we access the Pages you manage, publish posts you create, and read your Page's recommendations, comments, and insights, in order to provide posting, review display, moderation, and reporting. We handle this data in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. To request deletion of the data associated with a Meta connection, disconnect the app from your Facebook settings (which triggers our automated deletion), use our data deletion instructions, or email us. We delete the connection's tokens and stored data on request.
TikTok
If you connect a TikTok account, we access your profile information — display name, avatar, bio, and verification status — your follower, following, like, and video counts, and the list of your videos with their view, like, comment, and share counts, in order to report that account's performance back to you. Where you ask us to, we upload and publish videos or photos to that account. We handle this data in line with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it. Disconnect the account inside SwooshRank to revoke our access, or remove SwooshRank from your TikTok account settings to withdraw the authorisation. To have the stored credentials deleted, use our data deletion instructions or email us, and we delete the connection's data on request.
Connect (API access)
Connect lets you, or an API client acting for you, connect an account and act on it through an API key. The accounts Connect can reach are a Google Business Profile, a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a TikTok account, a Google Analytics property, a Search Console site, a Google Ads account, a Google Calendar and Google Contacts. You must be authorised to connect each account. We store each connection's access credentials encrypted at rest and use them only to perform the actions requested through that API key. We do not use them for advertising, do not sell the data, and do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. You can disconnect at any time from your Connect dashboard, which revokes our access and stops us using the connection, and the account holder can also withdraw access from the provider's own settings. To have the stored credentials themselves deleted, use our data deletion instructions or email us, and we delete them on request. Everything stated above for each platform applies equally to an account connected through Connect, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements for any Google data.
